ROTATING DRUM GRILL (GRT)
The ROTATING DRUM GRILL is made of AISI 304 stainless steel (AISI 316 on request).
It is used for the filtration of industrial and civil water upstream of discharge or reuse to separate suspended matter.
The water passes through the rotating drum twice. The first time, from the outside to the inside, where the separated material remains outside the cylinder until it is removed by the scraper blade. The second time, the water passes through the drum from the inside to the outside, carrying with it any particles that have become lodged in the spaces between the filter bars.
Depending on the chosen passage width, the separation can be pushed down to particles smaller than a millimetre.
The motorization is made with a worm gear motor.
The machine, equipped with a provision for internal washing (excluding the washing pump), ensures the best cleaning of the drum.
OPTIONAL: control panel for start and stop, either timer-controlled or with washing pump control, with IP 55/IP 65 protection rating.
MOVABLE BRIDGE SETTLEMENT TANK (SPM)
Consisting of a walkway made of electro-welded press-folded profiles or sheet metal, rotating on a ball bearing and mounted on a central tower.
The peripheral trolley with large-sized and high-capacity wheels, mounted on sealed bearing supports and driven by a worm gear motor.
Walkway with pedestrian gratings and railings compliant with the law
Bottom blade support truss hinged on a rotating girder in tubular profiles with tie rod support.
Logarithmic profile bottom blades with pivoting wheels in AISI 304 and nylon resting on the bottom of the tank.
Adjustable rubber scrapers, calming cylinder fixed to the upper crosspiece.
Thompson profile, foam guard blade, skimmer blade and foam collection tray in AISI 304.
Power supply with central 6-ring collector protected by a special rainproof container.

COMPACTOR (CT)
The compactor with compacting element is a robust hydraulic machine made entirely of AISI 304 steel.
It consists of a cylindrical body equipped with a loading hopper and slots for draining the liquid waste.
Inside there is a compacting piston covered by a PVC jacket to improve its sliding.
It compresses the material, with a reciprocating motion, loaded into the hopper and pushes it towards the discharge conveyor.
Compression reduces the volume of up to 60% of the water content of the mass.
The machine is designed to house the hydraulic power unit above the compacting body, thus significantly reducing overall dimensions.
The reciprocating motion is generated by a hydraulic valve mounted on a single hydraulic power unit, of adequate power, which sends hydraulic oil into a hydraulic cylinder and moves the compacting piston, compressing the mass.
A hopper placed under the compression jacket conveys the liquid waste towards the sewage collection tank.
If the machine is supplied with an electrical panel, a special device will in any case allow the compacting element to resume MAXIMUM RETRACTION in order to improve the loading of the material and avoid the possible “tunnel effect”.

SAND CLASSIFIER (CS)
Consisting of a collection and settling tank and a shaped, press-formed trough with a profile to convey the sand towards the drain.
Tank and propeller cover with removable hatch.
The structure is constructed from AISI 304/316 or carbon steel, while the screw can be constructed with a propeller and support core or with a thick propeller without a core. In this case, the trough is lined with a wear-resistant material on which the propeller rotates.

The shaft rotation is controlled by an oil-bath worm gear motor.
The overload protection is of the dynamometric pendulum type which stops the electric motor in the event of abnormal stress.
